Changes: (some to come later)

• incorporation of Internet Plan Details template. - done
• removal of min term and fees, to slim down table (as this usually comes on offers, and not by default, which should be explained to the user), and possibly add this to the plan details instead. - done
• simplification of table - removed some components.
• information about jargon (management, speed, throttling...) - done
• changes to the template code to be expected, so better for the wiki (I hope...) :) - slightly larger template, but it packs a punch!

• IE support for Plan details have now been dropped. - this is not a deliberate result, but IE just doesn't show it when enabled with table rows, and will only work with table cells (which I opted not to use as the info will get in the way of hovering off cells rather than a row)
