Here at New Zealand Connections, it is our preference to try and deliver the site with minimal advertising. All of the costs relating to domain names registrations and hosting are met by Cokemaster.

It is our opinion that the costs that it takes to keep this site up is worth it, when taking into the account the nature of the site, how everyone can contribute and the value it generates to the community. After all, a lot content is generated by the users for the users so it would be unfair to expect donations from that.

However, those costs are there and have a tendency of increasing, particularly if we are forced to upgrade or change our current hosting situation. Dreamhost (the webhost that we use), provides an interesting donation system – where the donations that go only towards the cost of hosting.

So, if you are interested in donating, you are more than welcome to... for us it means that the costs aren’t as high, however we would be just as happy seeing new or updated articles.

We are not asking for donations, however if you feel that you really want to help (one off of course) with the costs - thanks for your support.
