Added SHDSL, added a number of providers under SHDSL, Wireless and Fibre.

Convention seems to be the end reseller of the service not the actual network provider. Following this I have removed Citylink and kept this convention across other access methods.

As this is listed an Internet Service Providers and not Network Providers presumably this point does not need .

Digital Island?

Should Digital Island be on the list? They are our ISP (as well as phone & other services). And I am sure they are NZ owned.

It seems fine, although they're business focused. We'll see if it is possible. Thank you. -- manhinli
